Healthy HUDDLE- quick and easy recipe

Strawberry SmoothieStrawBerry Shortcake Smoothie

1/2 cup Frozen strawberries
1/2 cup Strawberry yogurt or unsweet vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1 coconut shortbread cookie crumbled – optional
1 tsp coconut- toasted or raw

Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender for about 30 seconds or until smooth.  Top with coconut and Voila nice tasting…ready for Spring.
